Ate a lot better today - only ate things off the blood type diet. I feel a lot better too, and like I'm working hard. Except I probably didn't need 4 peices of toast with peanut butter and honey..but its all ok on the diet and it was both lunch and supper. Wooo. I am kind of excited to weigh myself in the morning!
200.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOOOhoo!! ya i dont find portion of the food i eat effecting my diet. make your self happy first than restricting, to keep going on this diet. A" is tuff! but ofcourse dont go overboard ;)

No I know!! Restricting portions doesn't do anything for me either. I am still losing the weight!! I'm so happy :)
