Trying to stay under 1000 cals a day. Even with a low cal meal when we eat out it's hard to stay under 1000---have one friend that brings her own food when we eat out--haven't got to that yet.
148.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I would strongly advise not going that low - not healthy and nearly impossible to get all the nutrients you need. Also you will regret it as your metabolism will get screwed up if you do it for more than a few days.

You're probably right--as I said I try but don't make it very often--try to vary my cals each day too. I do take a mult-vit and at least one vit a shake a day. Thanks for the concern

Wow, I don't know any restaurant that would allow someone to bring their own food in. What's the point in going out, lol! You just have to learn how to make good choices when eating out.

She hides the shrimp or steak she adds to her salad or soup. No don't think they would like it. What can I say, guess she just can't pass the chance to get out of the house.
