Started to reduce sugar and other food in order to get lower bf%
160.1 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Sugar won´t be so escential as the macronutrients to get lower bf%... if you are going to compite in men´s phisyque or something like that it is important, but i don´t know if you are going to compite.
