Somewhat disappointed but not really surprised. Haven't been eating as healthily as I know I should be. Lost 3 pounds net over the month, in spite of the siren call of the Hersey's kisses.

I was really happy the week I was down 6 pounds, but know that the difference is eating more carbs again than I should to be and so I see that as water weight, not a real regain of fat. Still leaves me muffintop, in spite of wearing loose clothing.

It is getting harder as the weight drops, because it cuts the calories I can eat. Exercising more is the way out of that, so that I can still eat enough to be happy, maintain good nutrition, and not feel punished for losing weight I guess.


150.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
