Progress~ I attribute it to the quality sleep, and big increase in greens (brussel sprout) and minimizing snacks. I'm feeling a bit better! I just can't wait for this week. My birthday is on friday (march 4th) and I'll be starting spring break the day after! I just have to keep looking ahead.

EDIT: FS just "warned" me that I was losing 12 lbs/ week (from my big drop in one day) and that I'd reach my goal in 3 weeks. Obviously I can't maintain that sort of weight loss, nor is it healthy but its pretty funny to me imagining it actually being that fast/easy.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think some here have an easier plight than others. I think it depends on how gluttonous one was before their diet, and then their discipline after deciding to lose weight. Have a great Spring Break!
