I did it , I made it going out for dinner... hopefully the scale goes down tomorrow.. I had 2 atkins bars , because everyone else was having cake... but yikes, talk about bad gas from the darn sugar alcohols, yikes...
280.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
