173.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Finally down a little bit, which is actually a big accomplish considering three birthdays, and the in-laws in town. I was surrounded by cake, candy, big dinners, ice cream, and bbq. I didn't do too bad, but definitely not good enough to loose anything. Back on track now. I usually only last a couple months being hardcore with my workouts and tracking my diet. Then I do well for a while, and then like clockwork I fall back into old habits and regain some of the weight. I have done this 6 or seven times. I have done marginally better over the last few years, but, and their is always a but, I haven't been able to make the permanent lifestyle change. Never give up, never surrender.
