Well I have officially been back on Atkins for a week and I have dropped about 10 pounds. It's not been easy. I want to eat bad things. I ENJOY eating high carb foods, I just don't enjoy what it does to my body. I want to start exercising. I am ready for the first week to pass. I still feel like I have the "atkins flu". You know the first few days where you just feel so drained. Well just to climb a flight of stairs has my legs screaming. I need to start eating a larger variety of foods too. I eat the same thing for lunch every day and it's starting to get old. I am in love with a new sugar free drink though, it's Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry Squeeze. It's so good. I am munching on almonds & cheeze when the hunger pains hit. I am getting less and less hungry though. I think my stomach is shrinking.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

I had a friend on atkins diet, he got me started on it. He told me a good thing to take to battle the low energy from not eating carbs is to take a flaxseed oil pill everyday (it's in the vitamin section). I've been on the atkins diet for a week and have dropped 6 pounds and I dont feel tired.

Amanda, so glad to see you back!!! I had a rough summer and gained some of my weight back also. You are doing fabulous!
