Back on track, lowest weigh in so far! Still having a little more hunger than I should during the day, but that should subside after I've been back to my normal diet for a few days. Feels good to not have let the holidays totally derail me as they have at times in the past.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

I was very nervous over the holidays, because I could feel myself slipping into old habits. It's amazing how quickly that can happen! Right now I feel good...I'm back on track, keeping track of all I eat in a spreadsheet, drinking my water. Today I did the elliptical again for the first time in two weeks. The Wii Fit is nice, works different muscles, but it doesn't give me the good cardio workout of the elliptical.

Congrats on getting back on track!!! It is incredibly amazing how quickly those old habits kick into gear, isn't it?? However, it is equally impressive how quickly we can adjust to our new healthier habits too!! You did awesome through the holidays!! Now it is just a matter of continuing on ...
