I've reverted back to my old ways; Mexican lunches, margaritas, carbs, chips, etc. also lowered pill dose last week but haven't been taking them. I'm not too horrified because it felt false anyway. Basically I gained back all the water I lost.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

There are quite a few people who are long timers here - they've been consistantly sucessful and are ususally within a few lbs of their goal. I can't think of one who does it with pills, shakes, etc. They're all eating real food that works for their lifestyle and food preferences. Lots of different plans but the one consistancy is real food ;-)
