Still hanging at 280... ahh hoping to hit 278 ish tomorrow or Saturday.. oh wait I won't be able to weigh until Monday, tomorrow is my last day...as I am away all weekend.. I have to do a bunch of prep to take food with me to my dads.. no eating bad stuff.. I am coming back from the weekend and the scale will be down !!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
