For the past few days I've been feeling kind of a bit ashamed to record my weight even if I weigh myself. Also a little lazy in terms of recording my food, as its been rather database unfriendly.

However, I went to the gym today and have been feeling much more emotionally stable/happy.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

There is no shame here. Just trying to do your best and refocusing after you've slipped. Shame has power over weight. Record the numbers, and be honest with yourself. Owning your choices and your results is better than making yourself feel guilty. Once it's recorded, then it's done, there it is, out in the open, not nagging at the back of your mind that you're ashamed to record it. Keep up the good work at the gym and feeling good about yourself!

Hey, this diet thing is up and down. It's about changing your eating habits, and mental awareness. Just getting on this site keeps you thinking about it.
