I tried WW abouit 3 years ago, was very motivated to lose weight, had to, to have knee surgery. I lost little over 40 lbs. But I stop membership and gained 22 lbs over holidays 2 years ago. Joined online WW, I was not successful. So I rejoined WW and I am still struggling to lose weight. I took 7 week break from it and tried another diet, Wheat Belly. Still struggled to lose weight. So I went back to Weight Watchers. But I do not want to pay for it forever. So I will try to do it on my own, here.
