Ahhh always fluctuating. Just going to keep hitting up the gym and eating as healthy as possible.

This weekend I am snowboarding for 2 days! So that will be an all day workout for saturday and sunday. Cannot wait
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Snowboarding is a blast. I started three years ago. But hell its a workout for your legs. My brother who skis would always whine about how I need to take rests. I swear those skiers have it easy hahaha. But hoping after this year of heavy leg working it wont be so bad
