I ate badly this weekend due to a birthday party and a day at the renaissance faire. Was still able to maintain my 5-lb loss through eating very well the rest of the time. Going to really start hitting the gym or running every day.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
