191.0 lb Lost so far: 91.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember that water---H2O is free. Sure bottle water costs $$$ but it is still free of everything else that the body uses to make fat. In fact, water is necessary to process everything else that we eat to fatten up and to get rid of it. So it is better to consume more water than anything else. How do we get rid of it? Eat less and workout more. There is no other diet formula that works better than that. And it takes practice, like exercise itself or even playing a musical instrument. So practice, practice, practice. Can we drink too much of the stuff? Go ahead and give it a try. It's probably harder to drink too much water than too much of anything else anyway. Workouts help to process water but so does taking it easy. Do both but both in moderation as much as possible. That is my daily philosophy. I have practiced this routine long enough that I get along with myself reasonably well, in spite of myself every day. And my Type 2 average doesn't ever too high or too low because of it.
