Today is the end of week 3 of a challenge I am doing. My eating has been whatever and exercising lacking. I've had no willpower and motivation. I wonder how I did this before. I know I must use the diet calendar to track and be aware of my food intake. That's my first step for right now. This weekend will make a more detail plan.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
