This is mostly muscle gain - but fat, too.
I need to get to 125-127 walking weight so that I can fight at 120 pounds.
I am short, so changing a weight division can mean a drastic difference for me.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
