Quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Now that Christmas is over and I've decided to stop eating every time I want a cigarette (the cravings have subsided), I'm going to work on getting back into the clothes I like. Sad that I had to go out and buy new ones. Time for them to go back in a box and never be worn again.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
