It's been 2 days since my fast ended. This is the shortest fast in the last 10 years and I'm surprised that my body has been slow to accept foods-which is normal for most but not for me, haha. Either way I'm easing back into solids. I've be having light soups-mostly broth. I'll be adding pureed veggie soups the next couple of days. I'm using this opportunity to get back to the healthy eating I know has been long over due! thanks for all your encouragement and support!
