I think it is normal to eat a bit more good foods during Christmas and the New Year and gained a few pounds the last two weeks. The most important thing is the determination to get back to my working routine of exercise and diet, weight going down again, splendid.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
