Plan is to resume intermittent fasting after yesterday's break from it. I've gone to XL jacket from 2XL. I've lost just over 30 lbs since July.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
