Well, I only lost 2.2 this first week, and I lost them this first two days. First, I didn't drink enough water each day. I also only worked out two days. The only other thing I think was a problem, was I'm allowed 2 carbs a day, and some days I had 3-4. I will try to change some of these up this week and see what happens, because I really did quite well with my food. On to week two.
