I've have the flu so not going worry about weight right now just getting better
210.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh you poor thing! I pray you feel better soon! I had the flu once and it was enough for me to make SURE I got the flu shot every year! Prayers going your way! :)
