I'm trying but there is something wrong :( I can't lose weight anymore :/
232.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Do you track your food? I know when I am just "guessing" I tend to eat over what I should. What is your eating plan? Seeing it in black and white can really help to know where to tweak it!
