Logging really helps. I need the logging most of the time to maintain. I also didn't log but I've been doing this for so long now my body says no to a lot of things. My downfall was homemade chocolates (they didn't taste as good as they looked) so one of each was more than enough, and some beer and wine. Lucky as my weight didn't change. Back to eating totally on my plan but I am adding some fruit and veggie juice now and then in moderation. I've kicked the beer and wine outta my house.

I know the feeling. This morning I tried on four pairs of pants before finding a pair not too tight to make it thru work today. I was thinking this is a sign you must lose some weight. I started to log again on the 1st. Room for improvement plus need to exercise. Also need motivation. Let's lose together.

Thanks, everyone. I know we can do this. We've done it before. It was just a shock to actually see it. I've been avoiding the scale like the plague. It's a new year with a new start. I'm also at the "tight pants" stage and I can't gain more. I gave all my really huge clothes away years ago. :-)

And, don't I know what happens when I chose to not do the things that I know keep me successful. For me, when I am honest with myself, I chose to quit doing something to keep being successful so that I can mindlessly eat .
