1525 kcal Fat: 50.07g | Prot: 99.94g | Carb: 191.73g.   Breakfast: half and half, coffee, prunes, apple, skim milk, ground flax, steel cut oats. Lunch: ikea mustard, applegate roasted turkey breast, havarti light, Flax Roll-ups, romaine lettuce, tomatoe. Dinner: jalapeno hummus, apple, kashi go lean almond crunch, greek yogurt fage, bel romano, trader joes ranch dressing, roasted unsalted almonds, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumber, celery, broccoli, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other: half and half, apple. more...
