Here I go again, but this time I feel different. There is a sense of urgency that I have. I finally got the memo. I cant continue to help other people if I cant help myself. For the first time, I am putting myself first. Also, I have a wedding to attend in June in Florida. I be damned that I am going to be the same size. Do you know how hot it is in Florida???? In June???? This is a must. My goal is to atleast lose 75 pounds by then. With determination and hardwork I know I can to do it.

I understand about taking time for"me". I have decided that 2016 is all about me. Getting teeth fixed. I have cut my hair and bought make up and a dress. No shoes yet but I don't think my sneakers will look nice. If you want tone buddies it sounds like we are in about the same boat.

Yes Rebecca we could be buddies. I know it took me forever to respond but please forgive me. I am going to go to the dentist as soon as I get the balls to do it. I am terrified of a dentist...LOL. But I know got to do what I got to do. I hope to break out this spring or early summer for a NEW and IMPROVED me. A different hairstyle, attitude and a better body.
YES Elizabeth and Jovial WE CAN DO THIS. I got a Fitbit to keep me motivated and I must say it has been working. I havent worked out last week bc mother nature has taken her course but now that she is gone I want to start working out. Do any of you have it, maybe we can assist and motivate each other. Thank you all for your motivation. It really helped me
