Well I'm back after a few weeks. Daughter arrived from London.. Yea!!! Trying 2 b good with eating but u kno!!! Keep on keeping on!!!

127.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 12.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.4 lb a week
