Starting over using the 21 Day Fix program. Did the program a couple of times last year and it worked, but the stress of our son finally getting his kidney transplant shot everything to hell. New year, going to be 57 this year and quite unhappy with my belly size, it's time for a change. Still working on getting the right mind set. As they say, a work in progress.
153.7 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
