One week today - total Atkins - didn't record my original weight correctly but was 141 lb - now 130lb - clean food, no alcohol and lots of walking. Feeling very well and healthy.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow that's awesome! Congratulations. What a great way to start off the New Year. Would you mind sharing what a day of meals would typically be? I used to do Atkins and was successful, just went back on it the last few days and seeing quick results so far.

Hi - kept it simple - scrambled eggs for breakfast with butter. - fish for lunch with cauliflower and chicken or meat and broccoli for dinner - plenty of sparkling water

You are doing great! Good job! Low carb is the only way I can get the weight off and not feel like I am starving to death. Sounds like it is working for you too.
