Same weight this morning.

Brunch was sauteed lettuce, 4 pieces chicken in diced tomato salsa, chayote and calabasas. Very tasty and I ate the whole thing. Had 5 cups of coffee along with water with citrus punch for taste.

Jumped on the bike-totals 30 min, 6.19 miles,227 calories burned. 26 minutes to 200 calories using both arms and legs, then 2 minutes each arms and legs only. Nice workout.

Mid-day weight

Be interesting to see the weigh in tomorrow morning.
Most likely tonight's dinner will be light fast food from Del Taco, although I might instead take 2 banana and peanut butter sandwiches on 26 grain honey bread, time permitting.

EDIT: Actually I ended up having to go home early after a very close call at work.

I am a shuttle bus driver and drove somebody's big 4 wheel scooter out on to the wheelchair lift for them Somehow it went off the end and crashed to the ground. I was thrown off landing on my back with my head hitting the deck hard. I ended up being driven to the clinic by my boss where I was drug tested(DOT regulations)xrayed and examined and sent home with ibuprophen and tylenol. I have a followup Monday morning and they will tell me if I am clear to go back. This cold have been a much more serious situation. I was cleared to drive my car home but no bus driving without a doctor's ok.

When I got home, dinner was a HUGE bowl of posole and 2 taquitos. I did eat a little later than normal. Don't know if my sore neck will allow for a bike ride tomorrow or not.


No that was not me.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
