Sweet victory. I lost even though I had a bagel (tradition with my family to have bagels and lox), the King of bad carbs. I'll just try to keep it up from here on out. I feel much better than I did yesterday.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
