Ooops! I still need to purchase the book! I haven't been paying too much attention to what I should exactly eat. I'm going to have a relaxing weekend this weekend; that way I can put 100% finally into my diet. It's hard being 21 & not going out and partying. But last weekend wasn't too fun, so I'm all set for now with drinking!
