Its keeping off the alcohol thats the key for me - alcohol then eat what i want - hopefully none for the next month and clean eating! First time in a long time planning to leave it out for more than a week! Happy New Year

I'm actually looking forward to enjoying some flavored vodka and diet 7up today for New Years. Just looking forward to a flavored vodka drink, like Wedding Cake or Butterscotch, for me is the next best thing to anticipating candy or desserts during a stressful situation. I usually don't even have any, but the anticipation... sweet. Congratulations on getting back on track when it's so easy to say "tomorrow"!
