My appetite was odd yesterday & I only ate about 1000 calories. I know that is bad. But I didn't have time to exercise yesterday. Today is my cheat day and we're going to a Mexican restaurant for dinner.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
