What can you say? A wake, lots of food, big bottle of Kahlua.....

Gonna take a little work to drop the baggage.

What the heck,double down with a buffet run to Golden Corral. But I did hit the bike first.

30 min,5.78 miles,212 calories.


First chili then 2 plates of Yankee Pot Roast.


Followed by this, note the veggie part not finished.

Last 2 bowls of ice cream.

My blood sugar 2 hours after done with meal.

Last another bike ride: 29 min,5.54 miles,203 calories burned.
Place your bets, how much will I go up in the morning weigh in?

LATE EDIT:
Had this small plate of leftover Chinese food for dinner.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 18.2 lb a week
