Working a new job and I am struggling with taking enough food to work and stopping to eat the meals I bring. I am also struggling to making it to the gym three times a week to do weights. Didn't help my husband planned a 24 mile backpacking trip on the weekend. I hope to find time in my schedule again to regain my muscle.
