Doing horrible...I've now gain back almost everything I loss ..I'm so bummed.I need energy and have been drinking soda's which I think is the culprit mainly of my weight gain. I want so much to lose weight. I just hate to think I have to lose that weight all over again. I have so little time to make food and prepare with my head in the books help~!!!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

4 oz unsweetened applesauce snacks low fat string cheese amy's canned soups Progresso lentil soup apples, peaches, plums baby carrots low fat fruit yogurt chocolate whey protein mixed with skim milk Those are the things I rely on when I am busy

Is there any way you could take 10 min in the evening and make a salad for the next day? Brown rice you could just throw in the microwave for 8 min while you are doing something else. Make a big batch of it up so it's all done for the week so you only have to heat it up before eating it.

Uncle Ben's makes a variety of whole grain rices that you put in the microwave for 90 seconds, and they're really good. I feel your pain. I am one pound heavier than I was when I started this diet back in January. It's so frustrating.....and I just started detox over yesterday for probably the 15th time! I have gained 20 pounds since March, but I'm still trying. Don't give up and know you're not alone with your struggle

Hang in there....life get hectic and sometimes we seem to just give up, but I think you know where you are and what you need to do, just take the steps and get it done. You did great the first time and I know how frustrating it gets, but hang in there and doing give up! Just like everyone above says, take an extra 10 min out of your day and prepare for the following. Or like someone suggested to me, write down everything you will eat in the week and make sure you have it on hand...you can do this, I know you can!!!

You can do it!! You can pick up bags of mixed veggies, individual yogurts (danone is good, and only 40 cals) there are the 100 cal snack paks you can get, keep some trail mix in those little bags (smaller then sandwich bags) so you can grab it...and it gives you energy!! Take a min to prep...gives you some much needed ME time, and you will have it for the week!! Plus, it puts weight loss in your hands again. Lets you take control of your life. Which, when my life gets a little crazy...I need that something to grab on to!!!! Good luck! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
