I don't always comment on all the good advice out here. So, thank you all for the links and posts to educate myself on new workout and eating ideas.

I'm going to try Tabata workouts....something has to work eventually.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
