Weight stayed the same with a sandwich for breakfast and couple quick fast food meals, 2 tamales, chili and chicken nuggets.

My girlfriend's father still in the convalescent home and she is spending her days there into the night.

No bike yesterday but will today.

Edit:
1 serving steelcut oats with a dab of honey for breakfast. A plate of tiny diced potatoes and 1 pc of chicken for a 'leftover lunch' along with 2 slices of a fabulous tasting 15 grain bread and a cup of whole milk.


Did 30 minutes, 5.1 miles with 215.7 calories burned.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
