Didn't eat much yesterday but think that I will do a buffet run later to remedy that. My ideal weight is between 170-175 imo so there is room to expand today! Had 1 serving of steelcut oats this am and am ready to rumble later! Will follow up with food pics later. In the meantime, there is this.

Edit:My sugar about two hours after breakfast was 104.

Well I had a blowout at the buffet. Sorry forgot to take pics till the end.

Here is the list:
cream of asparagas soup poured over sweet cornbread,pinto beans with taco beef along with cheese-sour cream-salsa, mashed potatoes with gravy,2 small beef patties with gravy,sweet corn,green beans,2 chicken pieces,sweet carrots,banana slices with strawberry jam,vanilla frozen yogurt with chocolate and strawberry sauce,chocolate pudding with whipped cream, milk and black coffee.


I was uncomfortably full when I left the buffet.

When I got home, this is one hour after I finished eating, remember my morning weight was 169.8 lbs.

Blood sugar four hours later was 110, no pic.

Between the end of the first and second hours, I rode the exercycle for 44 minutes, going 7.3 stationary miles and burning 306.4 calories. This, along with eating some high fiber foods and mixing up the order they were eaten, is the reason my sugar has evidently only went up to the 130 range despite my eating what amounted to three big desserts. Of course, there will be no further eating today so it will be interesting to see the weigh in tomorrow morning.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
