Well, back in the right direction. I keep wanting to go to a lower protein/higher carb diet, but clearly that just doesn't work for losing weight for me. When I get to maintenance weight I can try it out, but for now, looks like I'm sticking with what works.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Great Job, Moving on Down!!!!! :) -I was actually pleased I finally got the scale to move myself, I will wait a little before I do an official weigh in for the website!

Alejandra, I really like following a macro (aka macronutrient) plan. For me, my targets are carbs: 75g protein: 165.6g, and fat: 82.8g. It helps for me to plan my meals ahead of time because hitting these numbers is like fitting a puzzle together. I'm rarely successful if I just wing it for a day.
