Well this gain has been hanging on for many days, so thought I had better log it... I have kinda sucked the last few days... just not being as perfect.... so time to get over it... and move on..
Not getting on the scale until Monday.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 September 2011:
1718 kcal Fat: 120.08g | Prot: 107.98g | Carb: 51.82g.   Breakfast: hellmans real mayonnaise, roasted chicken, pork sausages, pork sausages, butter, cheddar chesse, eggs. Lunch: atkins rolled nut bar, atkins chocholate nut roll, strawberries. Dinner: extra lean ground beef, ceasar dressing. Snacks/Other: shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes, fresh express greens, romaine lettuce, cucumber, peppers. more...
gaining 2.8 lb a week

It doesn't look like your net carbs are really over the induction phase limit.You're water weight could be fluctuating too depending on what point you are in your monthly cycle.Im new to fatsecret but not new to Atkins.I now all about plateaus and fluctuations.They're def no fun.You're not alone.I know you'll get right back to it because anyone with enough character to keep posting even when its frustrating definitely has what it takes to lose 59 lbs.You just need a little encouragement from a fellow atkins dieter that has been there.Btw I started at 188 lbs 5'3" tall.Size 18.We're all in this together:)

Oh and I did add strawberries, and than I gained 2 lbs, so stopped ,to wait foe the lbs to go... I need to slowly get some fruits in... scared.
