I feel that I have not been doing a great job of taking care of myself lately. I haven't gain a whole lot of weight but I have gone up a pant's size. I think this is due to the shifting composition of my weight: less muscle more fat. I need to try to worry less and take better care of myself including having more down time.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
