Things are progressing - not recording food or exercise any more because it's all basically the same each day - still having issues with the weekends/days off work but I'm slowly getting there:)
255.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
