Pretty tired this morning. Relaxed about of work and not feeling the frenzy to lost as much weight as possible has made me happier. I still want to lose as much as possible to meet my goal but its not as stressful. at least not at the moment. I've almost lost 20 pounds in all :)
148.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
