I guess I need to try harder. it seems like 1,000-1,100 is my sweet spot if I actually want to lose weight (provided its all healthy foods ofc) its a little annoying. Thankfully since I've broken 150, it annoys me less than it use to.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 November 2015:
1320 kcal Fat: 58.65g | Prot: 86.98g | Carb: 116.20g.   Breakfast: Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Kroger Pure Clover Honey, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Tomatoes, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk). Dinner: Pork Meatballs in Butter Lettuce Cups with Soy Dipping Sauce & Sticky Rice. Snacks/Other: Kroger Big Blue Cookie Dough Ice Cream. more...

Hey! Do you use reddit? Check out the subreddit /r/1200isplenty. It has tons of low calorie recipes based on diet of 1200 calories :)
