I had lost a lot of weight due to stress (again that old heartbreak diet at the end of Spring) but now am slowly creeping back into the comfort/lazy zone and am startinf fresh today.

I am determined to get back to averaging 135ish and exercising to 86 the squish.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
