This is the laziest I've ever felt in my life 😁
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

HCB is right. You care or you wouldn't have posted. Maybe some meditation is in order to get your mind in sync.

You may be in withdrawl if you stopped eating junk food and sugar. The body reapirs when it's resting. Be gentel and see how much sleep you are getting. Good luck and God bless.

Thanks for all of your comments and support. I really appreciate it! I finally pushed through and went to the the gym today. @Sweetincense4iam that's just what I needed! I came home feeling energized and motivated get back on track. It's really as mental thing at this point. I know what to do its just after of getting it done! please helps me stay accountable!
